Community Axis

Coming soon from Polar Axis Group

Why Community Axis

Group chats get busy. Notices go missing.

Most groups are held together by a mix of chat apps, email chains, spreadsheets and a box of old photos in somebody's loft. Important messages get buried, new members can't find anything, and years of history are one lost phone away from disappearing.

Community Axis gives each group one home. Conversations, ideas, notices, files, events and history all live together, in a space that belongs to your group and nobody else.

What it does

Talk, share and remember, together

Everything your group needs to stay connected, in one closed and secure space.

Your own private space

Every group gets its own closed, invitation-only space. Only your members can see what's inside.

Conversations that don’t get lost

Topics, threads and replies keep each conversation in its place, instead of buried in a busy group chat.

Announcements and notices

Pin the important things so everyone sees them: match days, meetings, changes and reminders.

Share ideas

Suggest ideas, talk them through together and see what your members think.

Information in one place

Keep documents, minutes, rotas, photos and contact details where every member can find them.

Events and get-togethers

Share what’s coming up, who’s going and what to bring.

Your history, kept safe

Preserve your group’s story: old photos, records, results and memories, for the next generation.

Bring families together

A private home for family news, photos, birthdays and family history.

Community Axis is in development. Features may change before launch.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

  1. 1

    Create your group's space

Name it, add your logo and choose who looks after it.

  2. 2

    Invite your members

Only the people you invite can join, so your space stays private.

  3. 3

    Talk, share and remember

Start conversations, share ideas and information, and build your group's history together.

Safe by design

A closed space, not a public feed

  • Invitation only. Each group decides who joins, and its space is closed to everyone else.
  • Your group is in charge. Group admins look after members, conversations and what gets shared.
  • Built with children and families in mind. Many groups include young people, so safeguarding is part of the design, not an add-on.
  • No adverts, and we never sell your data. Your group's space is for your group.

Leo Nobody gets past the gate without an invitation. That's my job.
